My regular card was declined
It's possible that your card has expired - please check the expiry date on the front of the card.
If you are certain your card is active, it is possible that your card is not being accepted as you are trying to make a purchase on a brand new account. To resolve this, try the following:
Wait 24 hours before trying again
Try making a smaller purchase
Ensure your details are being entered correctly
I've made a purchase but not received my items in-game
If you've received the order confirmation e-mail, but not received your in-game items, please click the "Get Help" button on the right hand side of the page to get in touch with us. Please be sure to provide the following information in your message:
1. Time and date of purchase
2. Transaction ID - From the order completion screen or the order confirmation e-mail
This will allow us to locate the payment on our systems and let you know what's going on or put things right for you as appropriate.
