This article outlines some of the common issues reported by players making payments via PayPal.
Verifying your PayPal Account
Verifying your PayPal Account could not be easier. Simply follow this link to the 'My Account > Wallet' section of PayPal.com, where you can link your bank account & Credit/Debit Card.
You can also see how well verified your account is, by clicking on the Summary tab at the top of PayPal's landing page.
If you received a confirmation that your purchase was successful, but you have not received your items in-game, it means that PayPal will have not sent the funds through to us yet. It is normally instant, but you should allow up to 1 hour for successful delivery.
If you made your PayPal payment as an eCheque, this can take up to 7 days to reach us as it is a bank transfer payment method. There is no way to speed this up, nor cancel - the best thing to do is link a Credit/Debit Card to your PayPal Account for future purchases.
When PayPal process a payment as an eCheque, there is no way to speed up the time it take to process to us, which is normally around 7 days.
The only way to avoid PayPal issuing eCheques is to link a Credit/Debit Card to your PayPal Account, with cleared funds. The good news is that once you have done that, any future PayPal payments will be near instant, and your eCheque will eventually complete in around 7 days and you'll get your purchase on to your Chronicle account.
