Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis, entirely at the discretion of Jagex but the following ground rules apply:
Partial refunds on purchased packages are not available
All of the purchased currency will be removed from your account when the refund is issued
If you have spent the purchased currency a refund will not be possible
If you feel that you are eligible for a refund on a purchase made in Chronicle, then we need you to send us a message by clicking the "Get Help" button on the right hand side of the page. Please be sure to provide us with the information below to make sure we can get you sorted as soon as possible:
- Account Creation E-mail address
- Account Name
- Transaction ID from the order confirmation e-mail
TIP - If your account ends up with a negative balance of Platinum Ingots, you will not be able to log in until the negative balance is cleared from the account. You can clear negative balance by making an additional purchase from the Chronicle Store.
